Slices of pound cake
Butter (regular or Kay's)
Ice cream (vanilla is a classic choice)
Instructions:
Place butter in a frying pan on medium-low heat.
Once melted, add the pound cake slices and lay them flat on their sides.
Let one side cook until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
Once both sides are golden brown, remove the fried pound cake from the pan.
Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream on top.
